30 days, free both ways

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any in-stock piece, no questions asked. We cover the return shipping and insurance on the prepaid label.

How to start a return

Email returns@maison.example with your order number. We'll email a prepaid label within one business day. Drop the package at any FedEx or UPS location.

What's eligible

• Unworn pieces with original packaging and certification.
• Items pictured in original condition — light tarnish from handling is fine.

What isn't

• Bespoke / fully custom pieces (covered by warranty instead).
• Engraved or sized-to-order pieces.
• Sale items marked final.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the piece, refunds post to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
