What it covers

Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in metal and setting. That includes loose stones from a faulty prong, broken solder joints, and clasp failures.

What's included for free

• Annual cleaning and re-polishing in our atelier.
• Prong tightening and stone re-setting.
• One free resize within the first year.

What isn't

• Loss, theft, or damage from impact (covered by jewelry insurance — we recommend it).
• Wear from refinishing, e.g. removing a personalized engraving.

How to claim

Email warranty@maison.example with photos and your order number. We'll send a prepaid label and start work within one business day of arrival.
